South Korea has rejected an apology from Ukraine over Kyiv's public disclosure of the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea and is considering diplomatic measures including the possible recall of its ambassador to Ukraine. Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said messages of apology from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha had fallen short of Seoul's expectations. South Korean officials said the transfer had been kept confidential over concerns for the safety of the soldiers' families in North Korea, while Kyiv has described the dispute as a diplomatic misunderstanding. The row has strained relations between Seoul and Kyiv after President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed the transfer during his UN General Assembly address. #southkorea, #ukraine, #zelensky, #northkorea, #dprk, #pow, #ukrainewar, #russiaukrainewar, #seoul, #kyiv, #diplomaticcrisis, #ukrainecrisis, #northkoreansoldiers, #prisonersofwar, #zelenskyy, #chohyun, #southkoreapolitics, #europe, #breakingnews, #time
