French MEP Rima Hassan has sparked a major political controversy inside the European Parliament after removing an Israeli flag during an unofficial event in Strasbourg. Hassan says the gesture was a protest against the ongoing war in Gaza, alleged violations of international law and what she calls Europe’s “double standard” toward Israel. The incident escalated after Israeli artist Yaron Bob reportedly told Hassan: “Palestine does not exist. It is a chimera, like unicorns... there are no Palestinian refugees, nor Palestinians.” #rimaHassan #gaza #israel #palestine #europeanparliament #europe #middleeast #gazaWar #israelpalestine #palestineprotests #israelnews #gazacrisis #internationalnews #worldnews #breakingnews #geopolitics #middleeastcrisis #eu #europeanunion #robartametsola #politics #usnews #americanpolitics #globalnews #latestnews Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
