A video circulating on social media shows a Liberian-flagged oil tanker on fire off Russia's Black Sea coast near the city of Sochi. Russian authorities say it was apparently hit by one or more naval drones. Ukraine did not immediately comment on the attack, but has previously claimed to have damaged hundreds of tankers and cargo vessels in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
