Kemi Badenoch has unveiled plans to remove family homes from inheritance tax altogether as part of a major overhaul of the levy. The Conservative leader announced that a future Tory government would ensure nobody pays inheritance tax on their family home when passing it to their children or grandchildren. Couples would also be able to leave an additional £1million tax-free on top of the family home exemption under the proposals. Ms Badenoch claimed the changes would cut every inheritance tax bill and reduce the number of families paying the levy by more than half. #kemibadenoch #conservative #inheritance #ukpolitics #gbnews Keep up to date with GB News at gbnews.com or on X @GBNEWS Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/friend
