Surveillance video shows a silver sedan tearing across the lawn of the Jennings County Courthouse, knocking down a sign and leaving deep tire marks. Deputies say the driver told officers she had one margarita before she was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. NBC News' Andres Gutierrez reports.
