Raskin wants Smithsonian to preserve Trump banners

Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland has introduced a bill that would direct the Smithsonian to preserve what he calls Trump propaganda, like banners bearing the president's face on federal buildings. He says they should become museum exhibits.
