Tonight: Families are racing to prepare with some ordered to evacuate as Hurricane Isaias closes in. Isaias rapidly intensified and accelerated as it roared toward the coast. We'll have a live report from the storm zone. Plus, the Pentagon said it will livestream the execution of the Fort Hood shooter who killed 13 people in 2009. President Trump has ordered the execution will be by firing squad. And the urgent investigation is underway into a possible serial killer in Lansing, Michigan after five men were killed under similar circumstances. Also, authorities say a popular San Diego chef who went by the name Troy Williams is actually 50-year-old Brian Anthony Williams, a fugitive wanted in connection with a violent 2012 kidnapping in Iowa.
