Delhi Police Joint Commissioner Nupur Prasad said permission had been denied for the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) proposed October 10 protest at Jantar Mantar, which seeks accountability from Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. She said the application submitted by CJP co-convenor Saurabh Das was received at short notice, whereas applications must be filed at least 10 days before an event. Prasad also cited alleged non-compliance with previous protest conditions by the Aam Aadmi Party, the prevailing law and order situation, public safety and traffic management. She warned that violations of Section 163 of the BNSS could invite legal action. #NupurPrasad #DelhiPolice #CJPProtest #JantarMantar #GyaneshKumar #CEC #DelhiNews #CockroachJantaParty #BNSSSection163 #electioncommissionpakistan The Hindu’s Special documentary Gandhi for Gen Z: The Mahatma is suddenly cool again https://youtu.be/H1826_OhPzA?si=hTHLFktE3gZgqAIM Thank you for watching our video!
