Delhi Police have denied permission for the October 10 protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar, citing a late application and alleged violations during a previous demonstration. The application was received on October 7, despite guidelines requiring submissions at least 10 days in advance. Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) is also in force in New Delhi district. Thank you for watching our video!
