A father and campaigner will tell movie watchers, "Instagram helped kill my daughter", before some screenings of The Social Reckoning. Ian Russell, who founded the Molly Rose Foundation after his daughter Molly's death in 2017, will use the 30-second advert to ask viewers to support the charity. Molly took her own life after she viewed harmful content online. The Social Reckoning follows the real story of a Meta whistleblower who exposed company secrets in 2021. #socialmedia • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on X: https://twitter.com/itvnews
