The High Court is expected to deliver a ruling on whether Professor David Ndetei, widower of slain Dr. Victoria Mutiso, should appear in court to be cross-examined on his affidavit opposing the release of his ex-wife, Rose Mbithe, his children, Chris Mulwa and Angela Mulwa, and four others accused of assassinating his wife.
