Nobody really knows what they're doing. Some people are simply better at making it look like they do. In this unconventional graduation speech from the fictional Struggletown University, the graduating class—otherwise known as the TEDxFargo audience—is sent into the world with ten pieces of advice for navigating adulthood. Through a comedic slideshow, this commencement address mixes genuinely useful lessons about grace, humility, and learning from failure with some advice that is considerably harder to defend. Because adulthood doesn't come with a syllabus, and none of us ever really graduate from struggling. We just get a little better at figuring things out. Scott Cramer is a North Dakota-born YouTuber known for his comedic takes on pop culture and the YouTube scene.
