Chilling BODYCAM Shows ICE Shooting Aftermath! Man Shot In Neck, 5-Year-Old Inside Car

New York City police have released body-camera footage showing the chaotic aftermath of a shooting involving federal immigration officers. Dominican national Oscar Belgal was shot in the neck during an ICE enforcement operation on Thursday while a five-year-old boy was inside his vehicle. The footage shows Belgal sitting on the ground surrounded by officers before being lifted into a black SUV. New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said plainclothes federal officers approached Belgal's vehicle with guns drawn and at least one officer fired seven rounds as the car moved forward. ICE officials, however, claim Belgal rammed government vehicles and drove towards officers, prompting them to fire in self-defence. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin acknowledged that ICE officers were unaware the child was inside the vehicle.
