The High Court is expected to deliver a ruling on October 19 on whether Professor David Ndetei, the widower of slain Dr. Victoria Mutiso, should appear in court for cross-examination over his affidavit opposing the release of his ex-wife, Rose Mbithe, his children Chris Mulwa and Angela Mulwa, and four others accused of assassinating his wife.
