US President Donald Trump has floated another controversial renaming idea, suggesting that either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean could be renamed the “Trump Ocean” or the “Ocean of the Americas.” Speaking at a campaign rally in Clarksville on Saturday, Trump revisited his push to rename geographical landmarks, citing the Gulf of Mexico’s renaming initiative and joking about changing Lake Ontario to Lake America. He also ruled out renaming the Hudson River, praising explorer Henry Hudson for sailing up the river centuries ago. Trump presented the ocean idea as a possibility, but it remains unclear whether he intends to pursue it seriously. The remarks came as he campaigned for Republican candidates ahead of the US midterm elections, adding another unusual proposal to his long list of renaming initiatives. #DonaldTrump #TrumpOcean #Trump #AtlanticOcean #PacificOcean #USPolitics #MidtermElections #TrumpRally #OceanOfTheAmericas #GulfOfAmerica #LakeOntario #AmericanPolitics #TrumpNews
