YouTuber Dhruv Rathee has rejected allegations questioning his Indian citizenship, displaying his passport as proof. Speaking about his alleged detention on October 10, Rathee claimed that around 20 plainclothes personnel entered his home and took him away without following due process. He alleged that he was held for nearly 23 hours without access to a lawyer or his phone, calling the incident a “kidnapping” rather than a detention. Rathee also criticised the Modi government over the detention of activists and restrictions on protests. #DhruvRathee #IndianCitizen #Detention #DelhiProtest #CivilRights #Democracy #FreeSpeech #IndiaNews #Emergency #SonamWangchuk #PoliceAction #Gurugram #HumanRights #CurrentAffairs #PoliticalNews
