Reform UK says it would end the reopened UK Resettlement Scheme and deport people admitted through it if elected. Nigel Farage also plans a review of Britain’s Afghan resettlement programmes. The government reopened referrals in September, including provision for Afghan women and girls and Palestinian refugees. The first arrivals under the reopening are expected towards the end of 2026.
