French rioters have demanded 10 billion euros to stop protests they claim are about conditions in high schools and sixth forms. Initial complaints were about classes with no replacement teachers if a teacher was sick or even left mid-year. After weeks of violence which saw schools burned down, and teachers, police officers and firefighters beaten, the government promised it would swiftly hire 3,000 replacement teachers. Student Union spokesman Sabrine Kharback rejected the move, then demanded 10 billion euros and called for a fresh day of protest across France on Monday, saying quote "Until we have 10 billion on the table, we'll continue". #france #riots #freespeech #immigration #eu Keep up to date with GB News at gbnews.com or on X @GBNEWS Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/friend
