At 42, Jeffrey Pang was working out for three hours at a time, thinking he was doing his body good. So why was he constantly fatigued, with borderline-low testosterone? The real estate salesperson and father of three could get so tired on the road that he would tell his kids: “Once the light turns green, wake me up.” At home, the exhaustion was taking a toll too — he was more irritable and getting into arguments with his family.
