A 19-year-old has been charged with murder after a 12-year-old boy was shot in the face at his Norwest home in Sydney's northwest three weeks ago. Isaac James Beck-ara was initially arrested for concealing a serious offence but was later charged with murder, while another teen, Reece Far-ca, was arrested after allegedly leaving evidence of criminal activity including kidnapping and conspiracies to commit murder on his phone. Police are still searching for the small calibre handgun used in the shooting, with investigators working to determine what the group of teenagers with alleged links to organised crime were doing at the unit.
