Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 is a brutal, fast-paced retro first-person shooter sequel that drops players right back into the iconic grimdark universe to obliterate heretics in the name of the Emperor. Following the events of the first game, this entry introduces a branching single-player campaign where players can choose their own path across diverse new biomes, ranging from the massive heights of a hive city to deadly, impenetrable jungle swamps. The sequel expands the core experience significantly by adding more weapons, more vicious daemonic enemies, and a helpful navigation guide to keep the action non-stop. A major highlight of this sequel is the ability to lock in as one of two playable characters, each offering vastly different play styles, arsenals, and special abilities. Players can dominate combat as the returning, unrelenting Sternguard Veteran Malum Caedo, or quickly take control of the battlefield as the swift Sister of Battle, Nyra Veyrath, who utilizes fire to torch her
