Sydney's T4 and South Coast train lines are undergoing their biggest timetable overhaul in over a decade, introducing more frequent services but longer journey times. Peak services will run every 7.5 minutes from Cronulla, every 4 minutes from Sutherland, and every 15 minutes from Wollongong, with all T4 and South Coast trains stopping at Sydenham to connect with the Metro. Journey times will increase by up to 14 minutes between Waterfall and Central, up to 6 minutes from Cronulla, and up to 6 minutes from Sydenham due to additional stops and track changes.
