Ukraine has launched a major attack on a Russian oil refinery southeast of Moscow, following the collapse of a brief energy infrastructure truce. Russian officials say air defenses intercepted dozens of Ukrainian drones and four missiles. Ukraine confirmed the strike. Hezbollah has acknowledged ownership of a truck carrying nearly 800 kilograms of explosives seized by Lebanese authorities. The militant group says the explosives were intended for use against Israel, denying allegations they were meant for attacks inside Lebanon. And federal investigators have reportedly seized Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's phone and issued more than a dozen grand jury subpoenas as part of an investigation into potential fraud involving her immigration paperwork. The probe also led to a search of Omar's Washington home, just weeks before the November midterm elections.
