Russia has intensified its attacks on Ukraine, targeting port infrastructure, cargo vessels and critical energy facilities as the war escalates on multiple fronts. Moscow claims its drones struck military and dual-use cargo facilities at Izmail port in Ukraine’s Odesa region, while Russian military footage reportedly shows Geran-4 drones targeting dry cargo ships near Ukrainian ports. Meanwhile, a Russian ballistic missile strike hit Kyiv’s CHPP-4 energy facility and a residential building, leaving two people dead and 21 injured, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian attacks had left around 600,000 people without power and warned that Kyiv would not hold back its own strikes indefinitely. Ukraine has resumed attacks on Russian oil-refining infrastructure, including installations in the Ryazan region, despite diplomatic efforts by US President Donald Trump to secure an energy truce between Moscow and Kyiv. #russiaukrainewar #russ
