Kemi Badenoch has said a poll jump for the Tories is “just the beginning” of a resurgence after the party leapfrogged Reform UK in a new opinion survey. The Conservative leader said she believed the public had taken a “long look” at Nigel Farage’s party, behind which hers has repeatedly lagged over the past year, and decided they “don’t like what they see”. It comes after a YouGov poll for Sky News and The Times showed the Tories at 23%, placing it second behind Labour at 24%, marking a three point jump and leaving Reform UK in third place at 21%. Speaking with Deputy Political Editor at The Spectator James Heale, Talk's Ian Collins says: "But is this the start of a Tory comeback or just a bit of a conference bounce that'll disappear this time next week?!" #conservatives #reformuk #iancollins #talk Have you got a story?
