CoreWeave Inc.'s co-founder said the company's goal is to get an investment-grade credit rating and gain the privilege of borrowing "unlimited" pools of money. The comments sent global markets into a tailspin, with CoreWeave shares dropping 6% in premarket trading on Thursday and its debt due in 2032 being quoted at about 78 cents on the dollar. - Dell (DELL) shares plunge. Barclays downgraded Dell, HPE, and NetApp on concerns that enterprise AI adoption is lagging. - Bank of NY Mellon (BNY) gains. The firm posted profit that beat estimates as the firm got a boost from higher rates.
