Major cities brace for 20+ inches of snow from historic storm

We are learning more this Sunday as a major coastal storm is set to impact the Tri-State area, prompting blizzard warnings for New York City, Long Island, and coastal Connecticut. Forecasters continue to call for heavy snow, strong winds, and significant travel disruptions for people across the coast. According to the National Weather Service, blizzard warnings were issued for places like NYC, Rockland and Westchester counties, all of Long Island and northeastern New Jersey and coastal Connecticut. These warnings began Sunday morning and are set to continue through Monday afternoon.
