Have you ever woken up in the morning and thought, “Whoa, I just had a pretty wild dream?” Or maybe you think you will remember your dream when you are fully awake, and then totally forget! In this educational video for kids, we are going to talk about why we dream, along with some interesting facts about sleep.   Let’s start off with one of those interesting facts. Would you be surprised to learn that sleeping takes up about one-third of your day? Here’s a real life example: if you sleep about 8 hours per day and live to be 90 years old, you will have spent about 30 of those years sleeping!
