This video idea has been rattling around in me for awhile now, but once I passed 6 months without social media I wanted to share my experience. As someone who spent a decade posting pretty much every aspect of my life online as a content creator. Then, this April I deleted Instagram. The plan was “just to stop scrolling.” One week turned into six months, and my brain (and life) changed in ways I didn’t expect. In this video I share 6 shifts I noticed like clearer focus, less stress and comparison, a happier baseline, and stronger real-world community. And as always, some data, facts, and a little history lesson. If you’ve wondered what time away might do for your attention, mood, and relationships, here’s my honest before/after.
