Brown reported on the approval of the monumental ‘Triumphal Arch’ in Washington, DC, following a decision by the US Commission of Fine Arts (CFA). The CNN anchor’s response to the announcement was disbelief, as before-and-after images illustrated how the arch would look once built. The arch, which would stand at roughly 250 feet, is a celebration of America’s 250 years of independence and would be located near the Arlington Memorial Bridge.
