Former foreign affairs and defence committee chair Michael Danby says the US is showing economic vigour China didn’t expect. “The Americans are showing signs of political and economic vigour [China] didn’t expect,” Mr Danby told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “They are fighting back; let's hope that Trump and Rubio continue that vigour. “Never underestimate the Americans.”
