Former Queensland premier Campbell Newman says Labor “didn’t understand the implications” of what they were doing in the budget. Mr Newman told Sky News host Steve Price that the new tax changes in the budget “have to be changed”. “I don’t know what we have to do to convince people like Jim Chalmers and the PM that this is a real issue.”
