Sky News host James Morrow reacts to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani giving away 1,000 World Cup tickets for $50 each. “This is, I think, Zohran Mamdani just doing total socialist economics in one little video,” Mr Morrow said. “This is classic sort of soviet economics here, the city gets a bunch of tickets to the World Cup soccer, sells them away at way under market value to a few connected people. “The people who get them then they get to sell them on adversely inflated prices, and everybody else is left with nothing.”
