TalkTV host Mark Dolan claims there are “dark clouds hovering over Downing Street” as UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer faces mounting pressure to resign. “The Prime Minister is on borrowed time. It’s when, not if, he’s going to go, and the reason why is because of a guy called Andy Burnham,” he told Sky News host Paul Murray. “He’s ahead in the polls. So, if he gets into the House of Commons, he’ll run against Starmer and Starmer is gone. “So, it’s very likely that the UK will have a new prime minister in post by the autumn.”
