The World Health Organisation says the Ebola outbreak in central Africa may be spreading faster than current response efforts can contain. Health workers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda are continuing efforts to control the outbreak, with the number of suspected deaths reported at 220. Authorities say Ebola isolation tents in an eastern Congolese town were set on fire over the weekend, with 18 suspected patients leaving the facility. Regional health officials are now calling for increased international support to help manage the outbreak.
