Liberal MP Aaron Violi has grilled Labor in his head-to-head with Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister Patrick Gorman over the possibility of more CGT exemptions, describing it as “complete chaos”. “It’s complete chaos, and by the time we get to 11am, the Prime Minister will have probably backflipped again,” he told Sky News Australia. “Let’s be clear, even his backbenches don’t support this. “We need to not rush this through; this impacts every Australian.”
