Sky News contributor Kosha Gada hopes lawsuits against gender clinics are only just beginning as more patients come forward with regret claims. A woman who had her breasts removed after identifying as nonbinary has reached a confidential settlement after suing her mental health providers, reportedly for $3.5 million. “I think so far it’s been 20 to 30 or so, we expect that will accelerate,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “Unfortunately, though I think the instrument of lawsuits is slow and costly and time-consuming, relative to the damage that this industry has done. “The lawsuits will hopefully accelerate and change behaviour.”
