Four dead after school minivan and train collide in Belgium

Investigators in Belgium are trying to work out how a school minivan ended up in the path of a train, which killed four people. The crash happened at a level crossing just north of Brussels. The train was travelling at 75 miles per hour despite slowing down as it approached the station.
