Russia is warning Ukraine and any representatives of foreign countries that its assaults will become more deadly as they aim to launch systematic strikes on Ukraine’s military industrial complex, decision-making centres and all sites that pose a threat. The Kremlin claims its actions are in retaliation for Ukraine attacking a college in Russian-occupied Ukraine. Meanwhile Kyiv says it struck an elite drone school. As Nathaniel Dove reports, some analysts believe the spate of recent assaults could be a sign of Russian weakness.
