Sky News host Danica De Giorgio blasts the Brisbane City Council for raking in $140,000 a day from parking fines. “One in four people who have appealed their fines have won, that means 25 per cent of all those fines have been thrown out, is that not more evidence that this is revenue raising?” Ms De Giorgio said. “I haven't heard of a number this high.”
