Divers in Laos have found five men alive deep inside a flooded cave, where they were trapped for more than a week. The cave is located in a remote area in Xaisomboun province's Longcheng district, about 75 miles north of Laos’ capital. Two others are still missing. According to Mikko Paasi, a Finnish cave diver, getting to them is difficult due to how tight the cave is. Divers had to remove their oxygen tanks at some points because there are spots as small as 60 centimetres across; barely wide enough to fit their shoulders. Mike Armstrong looks at how the villagers got stuck and the extraordinary rescue effort.
