US to create Ebola facility for infected Americans

The U.S. is in discussions with Kenya about opening a facility to quarantine American citizens exposed to the Ebola outbreak centered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. According to two U.S. officials who spoke on condition of anonymity, the facility would be staffed by members of the U.S. Public Health Service, a uniformed branch of the Department of Health and Human Services.
