New details are pouring in after a Blue Origin rocket owned by Jeff Bezos exploded during a test at the launch pad Thursday night, shaking nearby homes and lighting up the sky orange for a short time. Blue Origin said the New Glenn rocket exploded during an engine-firing test ahead of a satellite launch scheduled for next week. Officials at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station said no injuries were reported. Both Bezos and Elon Musk reacting to the mishap, Bezos calling it a rough day, Musk calling it unfortunate.
