This Week in Washington: fragile talks between the Trump administration and Iran continue, while the U.S. is stepping up after tragedy struck Venezuela. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was in the Middle East trying to sell the signed USA-Iran MOU and broader agreement to Gulf allies who fear that this could potentially give Iran better footing. Also, there has been some friction in terms of where Americans are. There's only about one in four Americans who feel that this war was worth its cost.
