Well, well, 2026 seems like the year for Conan fans! First, we got an official announcement that the OG Conan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is set to rule again as King Conan after over four decades, with Christopher McQuarrie as writer and director. Arnold told People, “Next year we are going to do King Conan. That is a reality now and I am excited about it.” That news alone made fans lose their minds with excitement and now, we have an exciting new update about yet another Conan project! This time around, he is ready to dominate the television and Prime Video has declared that a new animated series based on Robert E. Howard’s iconic sword and sorcery character is in the works. It gets even better because we have the animation legend Genndy Tartakovsky known for Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack and Hotel Transylvania among others helming the project.
