The U.S. launched strikes against targets in Iran in response to an Iranian attack on a commercial vessel transiting the Strait of Hormuz, according to U.S. Central Command. President Trump said the drone attack violated the ceasefire agreement. Asked earlier whether the United States would retaliate, Trump told reporters, "You'll find out.” Six U.S. military aircraft struck four targets along Iran's coastline bordering the Strait of Hormuz and on Qeshm Island, a strategically located Iranian-controlled island near the critical shipping lane, according to FOX News Jennifer Griffin. LiveNOW's Austin Westfall spoke about the U.S. strikes with retired Marine intelligence officer Hal Kempfer.
