Janet Boyle, senior vice-president of Home Equity Finance at RBC, joins Global News to discuss a new RBC survey on Canada's housing market. She says while 64 per cent of Canadians don't believe there's a perfect time to buy a home, many prospective buyers are still preparing to enter the market. Boyle encourages buyers to understand the full costs of homeownership, create a financial plan and obtain a mortgage pre-approval before beginning their search.
