It was supposed to be a quick, easy and cheap job, to transform Washington DC’s Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to an American flag blue all in time for America's 250th birthday. But the costs blew out, and the cracks started appearing. There have been protests and criticism of US President Donald Trump's grand vision, but he's full steam ahead, to clean it up and say the entire damage was all an act of vandalism.
