Cracks are emerging in Iran’s memorandum of understanding with the United States after Iran launched drone and missile attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait Sunday in response to U.S. airstrikes. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard claimed responsibility for the attacks, while the regime has threatened a “complete halt” to negotiations to end the war. U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday threatened to “complete the job” as the country renewed its strikes on Iran, but his administration says technical talks with the regime will continue as scheduled.
