‘Triggered with Samara Gill’ host Samara Gill claims Britain's human rights laws are being exploited to prevent deportations, accusing judges of allowing the system to be manipulated. “This is because of this little thing that we’ve got over here called the ECHR, and it is the European Human Rights Act,” Ms Gill told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “It’s got this article which is called right to a family life which is super vague. “The people that have been able to stay in this country because of this little legal thing and also because of all these woke judges that exist within the United Kingdom that exploit that. “This is how the system is getting used and abused.”
